Alison Chadwick,
CSI Trainer

Alison is one of the trainers at the LFSA. She is predominantly involved with developing and delivering CSI and CPD courses for police professionals along with retaining her operational competence.

A graduate from John Moores University in Applied Biology and a Masters degree from Cranfield University in Forensic Engineering and Science. Alison has an extensive career within the police environment as a Crime Scene Investigator, with 17 years’ experience in a variety of challenging forensic and management roles.

Alison holds a qualification in Crime Scene Management and has worked extensively in the management of complex major crime investigations for close to 9 years, including numerous Category A multiple murder scenes. Alison has completed the Crime Scene Co-Ordinators course and has experience in the co-ordination of major crime scenes, writing and implementing forensic strategies and managing internal, external staff, resources and forensic specialists. Alison is also trained in Disaster Victim Identification and ia member of the Lancashire Constabulary DVI team.

Alison is a member of the Chartered Society of Forensic Science.
