Student
Placements
.

s challenging as it might be, the degree our students are working towards is the first essential                  step to the dream work and further career. Work placements are essential parts of education                      and valuable assets in applying the freshly acquired knowledge in real-life settings and ultimately to raise the level of understanding of the studied field, possible obstacles that test new grounds and develop new insights and best practices.

Some work placements are a compulsory element of some degrees. Some serve as a voluntary contribution to the overall level of knowledge of the studied subject. Finding the right placement that invigorates theoretical understanding learnt in an academic environment is not easy. Understanding the market challenges, the Lancashire Forensic Science Academy supports students in arranging placements that inspire scholars to dive deeper into their chosen field with a better understanding of the practical side of their potential future careers.
